This directory, publicly accesible via go.wisc.edu/rhesusrois, contains rhesus macaque brain regions of interest (ROIs) described in Moirano et al. (in prep). The subdirectory 112RM-SL_symmetrized contains ROIs aligned to the symmetric version of the 112RM-SL template. The subdirectory 112RM-SL contains those ROIs transformed to the original template described in McLaren et al. (2009).

Within each of those subdirectories, the subdirectory Brain_Images contains the whole brain images of the MRI T1 template, and the indexed image of the aligned Paxinos ROIs. The subdirectory ROIs contains the individual aligned ROIs from the Paxinos atlas (Paxinos_elementary), ROIs created by combining the elementary ROIs (Paxinos_composite), and ROIs drawn on the MRI template by JMM and AKC (In_house). The ROIs are listed in the spreadsheet Rhesus_ROIs.xls in the subdirectory 112RM-SL_symmetrized.
