Multistatic: Including Voxelwise Covariates in Across Subjects Analyses
Multistatic is an adaptation of Keith Worsley's FMRISTAT Multistat for combining across subjects voxelwise analyses.


Multistatic allows the inclusion of voxelwise covariates in across run/session/subject analyses in PET and fMRI imaging paradigms. It is a fairly basic adaptation of the Multistat tool that is distributed with Keith Worsleys FMRISTAT. The usage of Multistatic is identical to that of Multistat with the additional inclusion of a additional input. The additional input is a list of covariate files formatted identically to the effect files input.

    Usage: df = multistatic(input_files_ef, input_files_sd, df_data, fwhm_data, X, contrast, output_file_base, which_stats, fwhm_varatio, niter, df_limit, covariate_files )
